The following policy applies only to sales of Power Karaoke software unlock
codes hosted by
Plimus servers (clicking a "Buy Now" button). For policies covering drive and software sales through our

General:
- If you have questions about the functions of Power Karaoke software,
please email info@powerkaraoke.com
for more information.
- Occasionally Power Karaoke software may be part of a
karaokepilot.com sale. The sale price DOES NOT APPLY if you purchase
the software via a "Buy Now" button. To receive the sale price, you
must use an "Add to Cart" button.
Payment:
- All prices on this website are in US Dollars.
- When clicking a "Buy Now" link (not "Add to Cart") you will be directed
to a secure server hosted by Plimus for payment processing.
- Plimus accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
and Paypal.
Unlock Codes:
- All Power Karaoke software is available in a trial version for
evaluation before purchase. When you purchase Power Karaoke software
you receive, via email, an "unlock code" to change the trial version into
the full version with all advertised features enabled.
- Upon payment, you can expect to receive your unlock code within just a
few minutes. If you have not received it within an hour, please
contact info@powerkaraoke.com to
obtain your code.
Refunds:
- Power Karaoke software is unlock code based and
once issued cannot be retracted. Before purchase please download,
install, and evaluate the trial version to make sure it meets your
expectations as refunds cannot be issued. (with the following
exception)
- Karaoke Pilot will guarantee all Power Karaoke software that requires a
CD+G compatible drive will work with the drives available on this web site.
If you purchase a Power Karaoke software program and a drive from us, please
contact us at
support@karaokepilot.com if the software is not working with the drive
as expected.

print song books by genre. We also added two new groups of song
book layouts and made several other minor fixes and enhancements.

Song Book Creator adding the capability to synchronize the song
folders on your hard drive with the disc numbers in your book!
(This is in addition to the song file name synchronization feature)
