Web Site and Company Changes

This is where we'll announce the most recent additions or changes to our web site or product line. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first.

4/20/08

• We have made numerous updates to our web site to better serve our customers.
  • We have updated all drive photos to reflect the drives currently in our inventory.
  • We have re-designed our home page, products, page and buy-now page to add clarity and simplify navigation of our site.
• We now offer drive & software packages including our most popular drives and software to save $$!
• We are now advertising our professional karaoke CD+G production service and are marketing select CD+G discs for which we have produced.

4/11/08

• We have added a new drive series to our product lineup!  We now offer both an external and internal LITEON CD/DVD/CD+G burner with LightScribe support!
• We have readjusted our pricing structure to reflect current market conditions.  Most items are about the same price as before, with several drive prices being reduced..

2/23/08

• We released several updates to Pilot Song Book Creator adding the ability to track a song's genre and print song books by genre.  We also added two new groups of song book layouts and made several other minor fixes and enhancements.

1/30/08

• We released another update to Pilot Song Book Creator adding the capability to synchronize the song folders on your hard drive with the disc numbers in your song book!  (This is in addition to the song file name synchronization feature.)

1/17/08

• We released an update to Pilot Song Book Creator adding the ability to drag songs directly from Song Book Creator to any program supporting file drag and drop!  Examples:
  • This makes it easy to use Song Book Creator to facilitate hosting a karaoke show with Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder
  • Quickly locate songs in your collection and drag them to the burn list of Power CD+G Burner to make mix discs in a snap!

• We are pleased to announce our newest software addition, Pilot Song Book Creator!  Now there is a simple to use song book creation software program that can work with Power CD+G Burner, organize your digital music and karaoke collection, and produce top quality song books in seconds!

• We have significantly modified our shopping cart to facilitate customers with slower connections and increase the ease of use!

• We are pleased to announce that we now offer service plans on all our drives.  These low cost plans can save you much difficulty should your drive fail during the warranty coverage period.
• To purchase a drive or drive/software bundle with a service plan, simply use a blue "Add to Cart" button from any page where you can make a purchase.
• We have changed our web store policies to reflect the service plan offerings.

• Revised Terms and Conditions to reflect minor changes in shipping methods.

8/12/07

• Made a change to the shopping cart clarifying the function of the checkbox next to each item.  Clicking one of these checkboxes will remove the corresponding item from your cart.
• As always, all bundles must be purchased as a complete unit to receive the special bundle pricing.  Inadvertently removing part of a bundle from your cart before completing checkout will delay the processing of your order.

• Added a new item:
  • We now sell our external enclosures separately to accommodate customers who purchased an internal drive and would like to convert it to external.
• Modified FAQ page:
  • Several FAQs were updated
  • Added link to a "Printer Friendly" FAQ page

• Enhanced shopping cart to alert you if you add an out-of-stock item to your cart.  This is an effort to keep our customers aware of known factors that will affect order processing and demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction.

• On individual drive description pages and the "buy now" page, you can now see if items are in stock before you purchase!  If an item is out of stock, you will see an expected in-stock date.  See our store policies for details.

• We have added a NEW DRIVE to our product line!  It is a LiteOn DVD-RW drive that represents our best overall value!  The new drive is available in both and internal and an external version.
• Updated drive comparison chart to improve readability and include new products.
• We have made many other performance enhancing improvements to the shopping cart and product pages.
