The following are some guidelines to help you complete your purchase with our shopping cart.  Click here to go back.

Items:

• Clicking a single "Add to Cart" button on a product page or the Buy Now page will add all relevant items to your cart.
• You can delete individual items from your cart by clicking the checkbox directly to the left of each item.
  • Caution: To receive special bundle pricing, you must purchase the complete bundle, although you can remove service plans or items listed at no cost without affecting the bundle price.

Shipping:

• Enter your zip code (if applicable) and then select your desired shipping method from the "Select/Modify Shipping" drop down box.
• You can change this as many times as necessary until you find the shipping method that best suits your needs.
• Selecting a shipping method will refresh any other changes you have made to your shipping cart as well.

Coupons:

• If you have a coupon code that you would like to use, enter it into the provided box and click the "Check Code" button.
• If you enter a valid code, you will see a message specifying what discount is in effect, and the shopping cart will refresh to show you your savings.
• You can enter a maximum of one code per purchase.
• Please omit any quotes when typing your coupon code.
• Coupon codes are always upper case, but may contain letters and numbers.
• Coupon codes are usually issued by customer services for special circumstances, but are sometimes published on pages within this web site or in advertisements.

Terms and Conditions:

• You must click the checkbox next to "I agree with all terms and conditions." before you can complete check out.
• Our terms and conditions are not unusual, but we do recommend actually reading them before purchase as they contain important information.

Checkout:

• When you have reviewed the contents of your cart, entered your shipping information, and agreed with the terms and conditions, click the "Checkout" button to proceed to our secure payment processor.
• If you have not yet selecting shipping, or clicked the "terms and conditions" check box, you will receive a message informing you to do so.

Mailing Payments:

• If you desire to pay for your purchase via a money order, please contact us before hand to receive approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any payment that is not via our secure online payment processor.
  • We will ONLY accept money orders drawn on US funds for payments via mail.  (i.e. No personal checks or cash)
• After verifying the cart contents, selecting your desired shipping method, and agreeing to the terms and conditions, click the "Mail Payment" button.
• This will take you to an alternate shopping cart page with a place for you to type your name and address.
  • You must supply a full name and email address for us to license any software you may be purchasing.
• After entering your name, address, and email, click the "Print Cart" button to print the form.
• Mail the form, along with your money order for the full amount, to the address listed on the form.

Other:

• Click "Continue Shopping" to return to the page that took you to the shopping cart.  All the items, shipping, coupons, etc will remain intact.
• Click "Clear Cart" to clear all items from your cart.  Shipping and coupons will remain intact unless you close and reopen your browser.
• Click "Refresh Cart" to reload the shopping cart page.  This will automatically update any changes you may have made including removing items, etc.
